class pymor.solvers.matrix_equations.default.DefaultLyapunovSolver[source]

Bases: pymor.solvers.matrix_equations.interface.LyapunovSolver

Default LyapunovSolver.

A solver backend is chosen based on availability in the following order:

  1. slycot (SlycotLyapunovSolver),

  2. scipy (ScipyLyapunovSolver).

A solver backend is chosen based on availability in the following order:

  1. slycot (see pymor.bindings.slycot.SlycotPositiveRiccatiSolverLR),

  2. scipy (see pymor.bindings.scipy.ScipyPositiveRiccatiSolverLR).

Currently, only dense solvers are supported.

As solver backend the pymor.solvers.matrix_equations.sylvester.SylvesterSchurSolver is chosen.
